Emma Morgan Spurlock, a resident of Richmond, Kentucky, died on Tuesday, May 28, 2024. Emma, the cherished 22-year-old daughter of Barry and Candace Grubb Spurlock, passed away at Baptist Health Hospital in Richmond, Kentucky, to her eternal home.
Who was Emma Spurlock?
On Friday, March 8, 2002, Emma was born in Louisville, Kentucky. She was a board member of the Madison County GOP, a member of the College of Young Republicans, a recent honors graduate from Eastern Kentucky University, and a member of the Southland Christian Church in Richmond. Emma was a triage technician at Advance Animal Care in Richmond in addition to working at Pet Smart.
She had such a strong desire to save both animal and human lives. She put in a great deal of time and effort to fulfill your ambition of becoming a veterinarian. So many were thrilled for you to realize your goal after you worked two jobs while still in college, completed your thesis, and attempted to organize a wedding while relocating to Auburn. Emma is one of the most compassionate people who has ever worked in veterinary practice. Without you, AAC will never be the same. Her colleagues are sincerely appreciative of all the amazing moments they shared and the animals she looked after.
