Who was Joe Kay?
Joe Kay completed his secondary education at Central Bucks High School – East and worked as an electrician at John W. Kay Electric. He studied electrical occupations at Pennsylvania College of Technology. Joe spent the majority of his early years as a resident in Pipersville, Pennsylvania, where he was born and reared. He spent his entire life in Hilltown, Pennsylvania, where he was a longstanding resident until his passing. Rachel Kay, his devoted wife, was the person he was married to. In addition, he was a motor racer who had a significant influence on the racing world.
Joe Kay Someone that could always put a smile on your face, had such a kind soul and just a down to earth person. Can’t wrap my head around this one.
