Joelaynd Bryce Schaff of Cincinnati, Ohio, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, June 3rd, 2024. He was 18 years old. Joey was a student at Kings High School. Joel was an avid hunter and fisherman. He was content as long as he was fishing with family or friends and the fish were biting, which he loved to do anywhere he could find a location.
According to the obituary released by the family, the “Farm,” where Joelaynd and his pals spent many days relishing the carefree life, was one of his favorite places. He also enjoyed playing baseball, and you could tell who was playing for Joelaynd if you saw #2 on the field. He enjoyed being outside, and you could usually find him playing with his relatives or working out. Before his next expedition, you could probably spot him playing video games while he wasn’t outside.
Among all his other hobbies, his love for his family is the one that sticks out the most. He enjoyed exploring new fishing spots and accompanying them on their frequent beach outings. Joel has a kind nature, willing to go above and beyond for the people he loved. Those who knew him will deeply miss his thoughtfulness.
