Shelby Sisco attended Spartan Stadium – Hempfield High School where she completed her secondary education. She was a longtime resident of Greensburg, Pennsylvania where she lived until her time of death. Prior to her death she was engaged to her fiancé, Stanley Earl who is going through a difficult time and is in need of all the prayers, love and support at this time.
